Booking Information and Conditions Your reservation is secured by completing the required booking forms (which we will supply) and forwarding a deposit of 25% of the total rental. This is not refundable if you cancel your booking. The rental balance of 75% is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Apart from the booking deposit we require a refundable Security Deposit of 250 Euros (300 US$) per week to cover any damage. This is payable at the same time as the 75% balance. If you would like us, the owners, to call you to discuss your possible reservation, please send an e-mail to
ChezMaryon@aol.com, with your name, telephone no. and area location (to calculate any time differences), and an indication of at what time you would be available to take our call. We are of course happy to respond to any requests for information by e-mail.
